Q: Is Prostitution Legal in Nevada?
A: Legal Prostitution in Nevada is only legal in certain counties like Elko County. Prostitution is illegal in certain Nevada cities like Reno, NV.
Q: Are MONA’s and INEZ’S Legal Brothels and is it Safe?
A: Mona’s and Inez’s are legal, clinically safe, licensed and regulated by the State of Nevada as well as the local law enforcement.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located in the city of Elko, Nevada. Mona’s Ranch (103 S 3rd Street, Elko, NV). Inez’s (232 S 3rd Street, Elko, NV).
Q: Do I Need to Make an Appointment?
A: If there is a special lady or ladies that caught your attention, you should call us to make an appointment with her. Walk-ins are always welcome.
Q: When is the Best Time of Day to Visit?
A: There is no best time of the day to visit. Anytime is the best time!
Q: Can ladies enter your premise?
A: Anyone 21 or older are welcome. Legal Identification must be presented upon entering.
Q: How does a Brothel work?
A: Come in, relax, and have a drink. Ask for a line up when ready and take a tour with a lady of your choice. If a line up is not your preference, it’s perfectly acceptable to request a lady that strikes your interest from our website. It’s also absolutely normal to tour with multiple ladies.
Q: How much?
A: All of our ladies are independent contractors. This means that they set their own prices and work with whom they choose to work with. When you are in their private room you can talk about the pricing, her dos and don’ts, etc. and decide if you want to party with her.
Q: What’s a party?

A: That basically means what a lady is willing to do and what she isn’t willing to do. All ladies must use protection for orifice to orifice contact as it is a State Law (No Bare-Backing).
Q: Are Condoms Provided or Do I Bring My Own?
A: The ladies provide condoms. Clients do not need to bring their own condoms.
Q: Do you Accept Major Credit Cards?
A: We accept all major credit cards: Visa, AMEX, Master, Discover, Travelers Checks and Debit Cards. Also, there are ATM’S on premises. We also accept several popular cash apps such as Venmo, Paypal, cash app, and etc.

Q: Can You Purchase Gift Certificates?
A: Gift certificates are available at the location. Give us a call if you have any questions.
Q: Do the Ladies Party with other Ladies?
A: A few of the ladies but not all do party with other ladies.
Q: Is There a Time Limit with a Lady or Ladies?
A: You can discuss the length of time desired with your lady or ladies during the initial negotiations.
Q: Am I Required to Tip the Ladies?
A: Tips are not required. However, tips are always appreciated by the ladies.
Q: Are the ladies tested for STDs regularly?
A: All ladies are tested for STDs and STIs every week, and every time they leave the ranch for more than 24 hours.
Q: Can I arrange outdates with the ladies in my hotel room?
A: Unfortunately, this is not an option. All activities must happen within a legal brothel per state law and local ordinance. However, we do have a special room set up for a date night experience but advance notice is required.
Q: How do I apply for a job opportunity at Mona’s and Inez’s?
A: Simply go to our job opportunities section and fill out the pre–employment form. If interested, our hiring manager will contact you.
Q: This is definitely something I want to pursue as a job opportunity, but I don’t live nearby. Any chance I can get help to get to Elko?
A: Unfortunately, no. State and Federal law prohibits a brothel from transporting anyone who will be working in the sex industry across state lines. It was put in place to help ensure no one is trafficked and forced into sex work.
Q: What medical exams?
A: Anyone working in a Legal brothel must be tested for STD’s weekly, and take a monthly blood test to be a legal sex worker.
